The weather yesterday was perfect, wasn't it? My husband bought the kids a "crossword" tile game for the backyard (aka large tile scrabble) and it was so fun to play yesterday. I might have lost to a 7 year old, but I'll take it; we're still learning over here this summer, however possible 😂

It's the first Tuesday of summer! We spent the majority of the weekend prepping our backyard for summer fun. We bought a dining table for our patio (on total sale!), reused a bench and eood chairs we already had, and I couldn't love it more! It's already seen a dinner and about 7 games of checkers on it, in roughly 24 hours. I see lots of use in its future, soaking in all these small moments of summertime.
